Service terms
Development preview · September 24, 2026
Quotifier is being prepared for launch. Operator identity, support contact, applicable jurisdiction, refund policy and final service terms have not yet been published. This preview is not ready for real payments or reliance on production service availability.
How agreements work
The original sender creates a quote and invites one recipient. Both participants can edit it. Each saved change invalidates earlier signatures. Both participants must verify their email and sign the same revision before the sender can finalize it.
Fees and quote payments
The original sender pays a separate USD 19.95 finalization fee. After confirmation, the signed revision is locked and quote payment becomes available. This fee does not pay any part of the quote amount. Quote payments go through the recipient’s Stripe Connect account and may be divided into a deposit and balance. Provider availability and account eligibility still apply.
Your review matters
Check the identities, specifications, amounts, tax, delivery and payment terms before signing. AI suggestions are drafts for review. Quotifier records the agreement; it does not provide escrow, insurance, legal advice, or a guarantee of performance, payment recovery or enforceability.
Preview limitations
Use fictional information during development testing. External sign-in, email, AI and payments require configuration and separate validation. PDF export currently supports Latin text and selected punctuation; unsupported text is rejected rather than removed.
