Buying goods in quantity
Agree on units, delivery costs and payment terms before confirming a wholesale purchase.
HOW IT WORKS
One sender. One recipient. A shared quote that moves forward only when the right people have reviewed the right revision.
THE AGREEMENT TIMELINE
SENDER
Start with a brief or edit the draft directly. Set line items, currency, tax, discount, deposit and terms. In this workflow the sender is the buyer and payer.
RECIPIENT
Send the link directly to your intended recipient. The first eligible signed-in person who claims it joins as the single recipient and payee.
BOTH
Either participant can edit before finalization. Saving changes creates a new revision and resets any signatures. Review the latest scope, totals and terms together.
BOTH
Both participants verify their email and sign the current quote. Signatures are tied to that revision and content hash; an earlier signature cannot finalize a later version.
SENDER
The original sender pays the separate finalization fee after both signatures. Confirmed payment locks the agreement and preserves its PDF and activity record.
SENDER → RECIPIENT
The recipient completes Stripe Connect Express setup. The sender then pays the quote through Stripe-hosted checkout, with a deposit and remaining balance when specified. Test mode is active.
If the recipient changes 40 units to 50 after the sender has signed, saving that change invalidates the signature. Both people review and sign the new total. Once the finalization fee is confirmed, the agreement is locked.
