SIGNING
Verified email first
An account must have a verified email before signing. Email verification confirms control of an inbox; it is not government identity verification.
INTEGRITY
One revision, two signatures
Each signature is tied to the quote revision and its content hash. Finalization requires both participants to have signed the same current revision.
CHANGES
Edits reset consent
Saving changes invalidates prior signatures. Both people must review and sign the updated revision before the sender can finalize.
FINALIZATION
A locked agreement
Confirmed payment of the separate $19.95 finalization fee locks editing and preserves the agreement, PDF and activity record. Quote payment is a separate step.
PAYMENTS
Stripe-hosted checkout
Card information is entered on Stripe’s hosted checkout. Recipient payout setup uses Stripe Connect Express. Current payment flows are in test mode.
Share the invitation carefully.
By default, the first eligible signed-in person to claim an unused invitation becomes the recipient. The sender can restrict the invitation to a specific verified email address. Send the link directly to your intended collaborator and verify the participant before signing.

Transport and provider credentials
The public site uses HTTPS. Integration credentials stay on the server; they are not supplied to the browser. Connected AI receives quote content only as part of an AI request.
Transparency about limits
These controls do not establish the truth of a quote, guarantee performance or replace your review. Quotifier does not provide escrow, insurance or a guarantee of legal enforceability.
Data you should understand
Account details, quote revisions, signatures and activity records are stored by the app. AI and payment providers process the information needed for their respective features.
