State the destination, delivery cost and expected timing. Clarify what happens to damaged goods and how changes are agreed before anyone signs.
When quantities change, review the revised total and deposit. A saved change clears earlier signatures, keeping finalization tied to the updated order.
The quote records what both parties agreed. Quotifier does not inspect goods, guarantee shipment or hold payment in escrow. Review the supplier, delivery terms and your own purchasing requirements.
