Privacy information

This page describes the current implementation. The operator’s identity, privacy contact, retention schedule and final privacy policy must be published before production launch. Use fictional information while testing.

Data stored by the app

The app stores account information, authentication sessions, quote contents, revisions, typed signatures, signing times, consent text, activity records and payment references. Signing requires a verified email address. Quote access is limited to the sender and the one recipient who accepts the invitation.

Configured providers

If enabled, Google supports sign-in and Resend sends verification and password-reset emails. When you request an AI suggestion, the current quote and prompt are sent to the configured AI provider, Anthropic or OpenAI. The selected provider’s processing and retention policies apply. AI suggestions remain drafts for your review before applying. Stripe handles checkout and recipient payment-account onboarding. Card details are entered with Stripe, not stored in this app.

Cookies and local storage

Authentication uses cookies to keep you signed in. Your theme preference is saved in your browser’s local storage. The interactive demo keeps its quote edits in page memory for the current visit.

Copies and retention

Participants can download quote PDFs. The implementation preserves revisions and signature records. Automated account deletion and a production retention process are not yet available. Production launch requires a documented process for privacy requests, deletion exceptions and backup retention.
